Can we cancel the order once placed?

We value all of the designs and specifications which we create. If you do not like the product, have a space limitation, or wish to purchase another Indianlily, you may only cancel your order under the following situations and in the following manner.

  1. Cancellation prior to dispatch – You can cancel any Product purchase at any time before it is dispatched by calling our customer care number 1800-3090-947 and choosing ‘cancel order’ option from your registered mobile number . All payments will be refunded for cancellations made before a Dispatch Attempt, according to Indianlily return policy. A call will be made before dispatch, after this call, customer cannot cancel the order.
  2. Cancellation at the time of delivery — If the product has a defect, you have the option to return it, at the time of delivery. The item will be replaced at no cost to you. It is not possible to cancel an order if there is no damage or manufacturing defect at the time of delivery.
  3. It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been delivered.
  4. We make sure that, whatsoever product customer orders, the same product will be delivered to you.
  5. No cancellation charges will be charged or deducted from the paid amount if you cancel your purchase before Dispatch.

NOTE- Once the product is delivered to the customer, we will not accept any cancellation or replacement requests. Only warranty will be applicable on the product.


    • Ideally, we would not like our valuable customers to leave unhappy or unsatisfied but even if after all our efforts, a customer is willing to have a refund for his/her order; we do have a facility of refund as per the refund policy described as below:
    • We provide a refund to the customer if we are not able to provide a replacement/exchange of the product in case the product delivered is “Damaged, Defective, Dislike.
